The EZLock pressure cooker is designed with the latest innovation – an automatic universal self-locking mechanism that ensures the utmost ease of use. The lid needs no alignment as you can lock it in place at any position on the pressure cooker pot. Made of high-quality stainless steel, the EZLock Pressure Cooker comes in four sizes to accommodate your cooking needs: 6 Quart (serves 4 people, perfect stockpot size), 8 Quart (serves 6 people, wider 10" diameter, best size for meal prep), 10 Quart (serves 8 people, wider 10" diameter, perfect for large cuts of meat), and 12.7 Quart (serves 10 people, widest 11" diameter, best unit for pressure canning).

The universal locking system will not open with pressure inside, and a safety vent helps release excess pressure. Adding ingredients, closing the lid at any position on the pot, and setting the pressure is all it takes to use the EZLock. The 12.7Qt. EZLock is the largest Zavor pressure cooker and can comfortably fit four 1-quart jars for pressure canning at home. Its safety features include an automatic and universal locking mechanism, a pressure regulator knob with four positions (High Pressure, Low Pressure, Release, and Clean), a pressure indicator that rises when pressure has been reached and goes back down when pressure has been released, and a silicone gasket that creates an airtight seal.
